Logo Concept

The two circles in the UPSI logo represent perseverance, ambition, and dedication. The blue outer circle includes the university’s motto and founding year, while the red inner circle contains key elements: a flower motif, keris, lamp, yellow molecule, and white book, symbolizing the values needed to achieve UPSI’s vision and mission.


University Name

The university name appears in Malay (Roman and Jawi) and English. On the left, the name Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) is written in Trajan Pro Small Caps in blue, symbolizing balance and nationalism. Jawi writing appears in red below, representing UPSI’s commitment to preserving Malay heritage. Underneath, the English name Sultan Idris Education University helps introduce UPSI internationally and enhance its global image.

Moto
